How It Does It

The ingredients that African Mango Extreme Detox uses to gently cleanse your colon are the ingredients senna and cascara sagrada. These ingredients are classified as stimulant laxatives, meaning that they stimulate the muscles of the colon rather than improve the health of the bowels. Stimulant laxatives have been shown to cause serious abdominal pains and even diarrhea. For this reason, they have been banned by the FDA and are not recommended for consumption.
