Figure Fuel is supposedly an extreme formula for the female athlete, giving women a toned and more muscular figure, targeting those stubborn “fat storage areas” on the hips, butt, and thighs. With Figure Fuel you supposedly have everything you need to turn your body into a fat burning machine while maintaining and protecting your lean tissue.

Yet has MAN Sports really produced the ultimate formula for women? To find out, we took an inside look at the ingredients for Figure Fuel and analyzed them for both quality and effectiveness.

Ingredients in Figure Fuel

Leucine – Leucine helps to regulate glucose levels, which in turn is essential for the regulation of fat burning hormone levels. L-Leucine can help provide fuel for to the muscles, so you have better endurance and energy.

Isoleucine – This ingredient is necessary for the production of hemoglobin, a protein that your body needs for the creation of healthy blood cells.

Valine -Valine is most popularly known for its sedative effects, calming nervousness and insomnia and leaving an individual drowsy. Supposedly it will act as an effective appetite suppressant as well if used in the correct concentration.

L-Carnitine – This amino acid transports fats and fatty acids into the mitochondria to be converted into energy.

Beta Alanine – Another amino acid necessary for the creation of muscle proteins, Beta Alanine can help build muscle mass and delay muscular fatigue by acting as a precursor to carnosine.

Choline Bitartrate: This amino acid helps to transport lipids from the liver to be converted into useable energy.

Pantothenic Acid: Typically considered an ingredient for acne treatment, Pantathenic acid is essential for breaking down carbohydrates into glucose.

Niacin: Another ingredient normally found in acne treatments, Niacin helps to break down fats and fatty acids, so you can have the energy you need to make it through your next workout.

Folic Acid: Folic acid is essential for maintaining healthy skin cells as well as improving healthy brain functions and protecting against certain types of cancers.

Will it Work?

Figure Fuel contains a couple of ingredients that can help improve your body’s ability to build muscle and regulate glucose levels, but for the most part, we are somewhat disappointed in MAN Sports’s formula for women.

Although Figure Fuel may be able to give you a little extra boost in energy before your next work out, many of the ingredients inside Figure Fuel are little more than fillers. They look nice on the bottle, but their effectiveness for weight loss is limited.

Additionally, none of the ingredients are specifically for improving women’s health. . If you’re really looking to power up your game and take it to the next level, we suggest finding a formula that contains a well balanced mix of fat burners, appetite suppressants, and metabolism boosters.
