One of 5 major Hi5 products, Hi5 Precision could, at one time, only be bought if you were willing to buy the whole kit, and it has since been discontinued. However, when it was offered (which was not too long ago), Hi5 Precision was marketed as an energy booster and appetite suppressant in one, ideal for easy daytime weight loss. However, Hi5 Precision’s biggest focus is on its “70 sea minerals.”

Why “Sea Minerals”?

Truth be told, get ready for it, no one knows. We’re pretty sure that the makers of Hi5 don’t even really know. We can see how any major source of vitamins and minerals (like sea minerals) could be a healthy source of essential nutrients.

The thing that the average dieter has to ask themselves is: when was the last time you took a $5 multivitamin (and you pay a lot more for Hi5 Precision) to lose weight? We would guess never.

What About the Other Ingredients?

One would assume that even with this silly premise, Hi5 Precision might still have other ingredients that would do a better job of helping you to lose more weight, and Hi5 Precision does. Hi5 Precision also uses obvious weight loss ingredients such as green tea, a caffeine based tea that burns fat with healthy antioxidant benefits).

However, most of the 5 key ingredients in Hi5 Precision aren’t weight loss ingredients at all. Actually, outside of green tea, acacia comes the closest to being a fat burner, and it has been tested for the most part as a mood lifter (and a natural amphetamine).

Is Hi5 Precision Strong Enough?

Hi5 Precision uses just one obvious weight loss ingredient combined with some that are a little mysterious (such as “sea minerals”) as well as some that have been proven not to help you to lose weight so far (like guarana, at least on its own).

With such a simple formula, every ingredient counts. Yes, green tea has been through plenty of studies on its own that show that it can help you to burn more fat. However, there are plenty of green tea diet pills already out there, and as we have already seen, those diet pills aren’t always effective for everyone. The more diverse the diet pill (with clinically proven ingredients and amounts of course), the more effective it is likely to be.

Hi5 Precision is a one trick pony, putting it all on the shoulders of one ingredient: green tea. As great as that may seem, we see no reason why Hi5 Precision couldn’t focus on other ingredients that count.

Would We Recommend Hi5 Precision?

We would give Hi5 Precision just as great a chance as we would any diet pill based on green tea. After all, green tea has been through hundreds of studies that show that it can increase metabolism, burn fat, and promote healthy antioxidant benefits.

However, for the price you have to pay for Hi5 Precision (by virtue of the fact that you have to buy all 5 Hi5 products at once), we would think twice about its actual price/value comparison. There are quite a few companies that offer similar products (based on green tea and nothing else) for $5 to $20.

Frankly, we have no more faith in Hi5 Precision than we would in any of those products, which can generally be found in grocery stores and pharmacies across the country. Based on this, we can see why you might buy Hi5 Precision (because it has green tea), but we can also see why you might (because it’s so easy to get a better value on a basically identical product).
