Hoodia Spray

“Spray. Eat. Lose. It’s that simple.” According to Hoodia Spray, you can “spray away the hunger” with a South African cacti that has been featured in the news and on shows like Oprah. Hoodia Spray promises to require no changes from you in lifestyle, eating habits, etc., which is completely false. You always have to diet and exercise, but the idea is that Hoodia Spray technically cuts calories for you by suppressing your appetite.

What Makes Hoodia So Special?

Hoodia has actually been around for over 20 years, and it has been extensively studied in a lab called PhytoFarm, which was based out of the UK. It has been studied and developed as an appetite suppressant, and the South African bushmen have used it for centuries to suppress appetite and fight hunger on long hunting trips.

Is Hoodia Spray Clinically Proven

With a 20 year background and so many clinical studies, you would think that hoodia and therefore Hoodia Spray would have a plethora of studies to back it up. However, so far, it is exactly the opposite. While Hoodia Spray says that it has “100% premium hoodia”, there are quite a few supplements, possibly including Hoodia Spray that don’t have a single drop of hoodia in them. We don’t know what is actually in these supplements.

In addition, all studies on the legitimate and measurable hoodia extract have shown nothing. Researchers have never been able to actually prove that hoodia suppresses appetite, and nobody has ever been able to prove that hoodia has any benefits at all, at least not that we know of.

Is Hoodia Spray Safe?

Hoodia Spray lists an ingredient called hoodia. If it actually has hoodia, we do not know of any clinically tested side effects associated with this extract. However, with so many companies being busted for not using hoodia and at least one even being shut down for using illegal and banned prescriptions, we cannot say for sure what the side effects of Hoodia Spray might be.

Should You Use Hoodia Spray?

Who knows, maybe Hoodia Spray has clinically proven appetite suppressants such as glucomannan that it is hiding because hoodia is a more popular name. After all, despite a number of negative studies, people know what hoodia is and many still believe that it is a powerful appetite suppressant.

There is unfortunately a stronger likelihood that Hoodia Spray does not have any clinically proven appetite suppressant, instead using some cousin of hoodia that again does not actually suppress appetite or promote any clinically proven benefits.
