Lipopro
Lipopro is a thermogenic fat burner that claims to not only burn fat but to obliterate it. The makers of Lipopro, Pharmapro, claim that the fat burning supplement can also provide you with long lasting energy during workouts
We are going to take a closer look into Lipopro to see just how effective it is.
Ingredients
Lipopro has around fifteen ingredients. We are going to focus on the five main ingredients and research their effectiveness.
Caffeine Anhydrous
Caffeine is used all over the world for various reasons. It is used in anti-drowsy pills to keep people awake and alert. It is used in energy drinks to give people an edge while working out. Lipropro does not disclose the amount of caffeine per serving but we can assume it’s fairly high.
Caffeine acts as a thermogenic stimulant. It heats the body up and therefore burns fat.
Caffeine is not without side effects, however. Common side effects include nausea, headache and anxiety.
White Willow Bark
The bark from the white willow has been used for centuries as an anti-inflammatory agent. It also acts as a form of aspirin.
Phyllanthus Emblicus Extract
Also known as the Indian gooseberry, the Phyllanthus Emblica Extract has been shown to reduce cholesterol levels and help with the digestive system.
Green Tea Powder
Green tea is another substance that has been used for centuries. Green tea contains antioxidants like EGCG and can help stabilize cholesterol levels. It can also increase your metabolism and ultimately burn fat.
Green tea also contains caffeine, which we discussed earlier as being a thermogenic stimulant.
Evodia Rutacarpae
Evodia Rutacarpae comes from a plant so it is all-natural. It acts as a thermogenic and a stimulant. It can temporarily increase the metabolism.
No official studies have been done on humans showing the effectiveness of Evodia Rutacarpae, but successful studies have been performed on various animals.
What We Recommend
Pharmapro’s official website doesn’t contain any user reviews and Lipopro is a fairly new product. Be cautious. There is upside, but one red flag is the fact that the label does not disclose the amount of each ingredient.
With all the potential risks, you may want to avoid Lipopro.
