Purisalv

Purisalv is a weight loss supplement that is promised to be able to help you suppress your appetite, increase your metabolism and improve your metabolism.
Since this is far from the only product to claim to be able to do these things, we decided to take a closer look at Purisalv to see if it could stand out from the competition.
Background
Purisalv’s formula is simple. In fact, it only includes one ingredient: chia seeds. Purisalv claims that these chia seeds are so powerful that they will help you lose weight, detoxify your body and even boost your energy levels.
They say that to access the power of chia all you need to do is measure out how much chia you need, add it to water, stir and drink. Although a little bit of birdseed in your drink doesn’t exactly look appetizing, we’re willing to look into it if it helps us lose weight.
History
Although most people think of chia’s days originating as the seeds that grow the cute, pottery plants, Chia Pets, chia actually has a longer history than that.
In Mexico, chia has been seen for many centuries as sort of a hardier form of alfalfa. Although its history in Mexico may have been a long one, it has just barely been introduced into the United States as a dietary supplement.
Currently, the FDA does not recognize chia as a food, and as such, it is only available in supplement form. Despite this, chia has been found by the USDA to contain 9% of your daily value for protein, 13% of your fat and 42% of your fiber.
Our Opinion
Although chia is certainly beneficial to your health, it has not been proven to be any more remarkable than flax or sesame seeds.
Despite the research that shows chia seeds to be quite ordinary, Purisalv proclaims this seed to be the most beneficial superfood to ever hit the industry.
They have quotes from celebrities like Dr. Oz to reputable publications like Time Magazine, saying that chia is the best kept secret. However, none of these quotes are verifiable and are most likely nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
