Tru Trim

Tru Trim is a weight loss supplement that has been manufactured and marketed by Truderma to boost energy levels, increase metabolism and provide rapid weight loss.

Background

This product was formulated to remedy the problem that many had when trying to lose weight with hCG. Although it helped them drop some pounds at first, they were soon found to gain most of, if not all, the weight they had lost back.

Tru Trim claims to have developed a newer, more effective form of hCG called TruHCG. This form is supposed to be able to change the metabolic processes of your body so that you continue to burn more calories than you eat.

History

Although the theory behind Tru Trim is tantalizing, there is simply no evidence to back it up. Truderma does not provide any information for how this new form of hCG was developed and what it can really do.

In fact, there is no clinical data or scientific studies for how this new form of hCG can work and how it really is different from its problematic predecessors.

Ingredients

Another thing that belittles the new form of hCG that is found in Tru Trim is the fact that its formula is so full of other ingredients.

Not only does this product have vitamins and minerals, but it also has some medium grade appetite suppressants and common stimulants like caffeine. One stimulant that is not quite so common, however, is Mormon tea.

This herb got its name from the religious settlers who gathered in parts of the western United States. However, it is not as docile as its name might sound and it is actually another name for the dangerous ephedra plant.

Our Opinion

Ephedra has been blacklisted from most products in the diet industry because of their propensity to cause heart attacks, strokes and even death. Because Tru Trim has such a dangerous ingredient as well as an ingredient that most likely doesn’t work, we don’t recommend this product.
